Product Features
· Excellent corrosion resistance, resistant to oils, strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, and microorganisms; prevents any fungal formation, etc.
· Excellent electrical insulation properties, with low and nearly frequency-independent dielectric characteristics; high voltage resistance, low high-frequency loss, non-hygroscopic, water absorption rate < 0.01%; Minimum water vapor permeability (approx. 0.18 mgr/cm² over 24 hours), high insulation resistance.
· Non-flammable, self-extinguishing. Flame retardancy test complies with DIN VDE 0482 Part 265-2-1 / EN 50265-2-1 / IEC 60332-1 (equivalent to DIN VDE 0472 Part 804 Test Method B).
· Free of hazardous substances, compliant with ROHS standards.
Application Scope
· In the electronics industry, can be used for temperature compensation wires, low-temperature/high-temperature heating wires, aging-resistant wires, and flame-retardant wires.
· In the household appliance industry, can be used for internal wiring of air conditioners, microwave ovens, electronic disinfection cabinets, lighting fixtures, etc.
· Mainly used in control cabinets affected by high heat effects, as well as in brick factories, heaters, kitchen equipment, measuring equipment, and the chemical industry; these cables are non-flammable and resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents, oils, and gasoline.
