Product Features
· Multi-layer fiberglass or mica tape insulation wrapping. Mica tape has excellent high temperature resistance and combustion resistance, as well as good insulation properties. Fiberglass is an inorganic fiber, non-combustible; good chemical resistance; low water absorption; high mechanical strength; good insulation; strong heat resistance.
· During initial commissioning, when the temperature exceeds 200°C, the impregnating varnish may degrade, leaving only pure fiberglass as the insulation material, which can be observed as evaporation.
· Free of hazardous substances, compliant with ROHS standards.
Application Scope
· Suitable for applications with extremely high connection and ambient temperatures, such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical and other special environments, as well as electrical devices requiring fire protection (steel mills, rolling mills, etc.). Disadvantages are low voltage resistance and general fire resistance. Its special structure allows use in humid environments up to 220°C and in dry environments at even higher temperatures.
