Product Features

· Pure nickel stranded wire with good high-temperature oxidation resistance. Multi-layer high-temperature fiber or mica tape insulation wrapping. Mica tape has excellent high temperature resistance and combustion resistance, as well as good insulation properties. High-temperature fiber is an inorganic fiber, non-combustible; good chemical resistance; low water absorption; high mechanical strength; good insulation; strong heat resistance.

· Free of hazardous substances, compliant with ROHS standards.

Application Scope

· Suitable for applications with extremely high connection and ambient temperatures, such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical and other special environments, as well as electrical devices requiring fire protection (steel mills, rolling mills, etc.). Disadvantages are low voltage resistance and general fire resistance. Its special structure allows use in humid environments up to 220°C and in dry environments at even higher temperatures.
