\nBending radius: When the cable diameter is ≤10mm, it should not be less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable; when 10mm < cable diameter ≤20mm, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable; when the cable diameter >20mm, it should not be less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable.
\nInsulation resistance volume rate: At 20℃, ≧5×10¹² Ω·m
\nRadiation resistance: up to 20 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 20 Mrad)
\nFlame retardant grade: Insulation materials meet UL94-V0
Product Features
· Excellent heat resistance, long-term operating temperature up to 125℃/150℃; excellent low temperature toughness, passes -40℃ low temperature bending test; good mechanical properties, good wear resistance, excellent electrical insulation properties.
· Strong acid, alkali, and oil resistance, combustion products are mainly water and carbon dioxide, low environmental impact, meets modern fire safety requirements.
· Halogen-free, good environmental friendliness, complies with ROHS standards.
· Passes single vertical burn test, good flame retardancy.
Application Scope
· Connecting high-voltage batteries, electronic control units, and electric motors.
· Internal connecting wires for high-voltage appliances such as air conditioners and auxiliary heating.
· Internal connecting wires for battery PACK system BMS.
