Product Features
· Nickel-plated stranded wire with good high-temperature oxidation resistance. Multi-layer fiberglass or mica tape insulation wrapping, mica tape has excellent high temperature resistance and combustion resistance, as well as good insulation properties. Glass fiber is an inorganic fiber, non-combustible; good chemical resistance; low water absorption; high mechanical strength; good insulation; strong heat resistance.
· During initial commissioning, when the temperature exceeds 200°C, the impregnating varnish may degrade, leaving only pure glass fiber as the insulation material, which can be observed as evaporation.
· Free of hazardous substances, compliant with ROHS standards
Application Scope
· Used for applications where extremely high connection and ambient temperatures may occur, such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, natural gas, kerosene and other special environments requiring fire-resistant electrical devices, for example in steel mills, rolling mills, foundries, glass and ceramic factories, electromechanical equipment, heating tunnels, heating rooms, heating light sources, electric heating appliances, furnace and power plant construction, thermoplastic molding processes, etc. Disadvantages are low voltage resistance and general fire resistance. The special structure of the cable is designed for a recommended maximum temperature of 220°C in humid environments and for higher temperatures in dry environments.
